Bend your knees and place your hands on your thighs. Exhale and rotate your torso to the right, the left shoulder goes down and the right one looks upwards. Inhale and return to the center. Then, exhale and rotate your torso to the left, this time the right shoulder is lowered and the left one rises. Go on like this.
